University of South Carolina Technology Incubator is a brainchild of the University of South Carolina and Columbia Technology Incubator. The facility was established to empower businesses in the Midlands of South Carolina with resources.

They have structured programs designed to tackle the specific needs of businesses that are slated for 36 months. These programs, Business Incubation, coLAB, Launchpad, and MentorSC, all cover areas of networking, mentoring, and business acceleration, amongst others. Asides from these, they also have impactful events spread across different calender dates designed to help members.

The incubator has been running for more than 20 years, and they have astounding members such as Lokdon, Verna International, and RAAMP. They are also supported by notable corporations such as Wells Fargo, Richland County, etc. Businesses in all stages are welcome to apply to the incubator except for retail or high-traffic types of businesses.
