The Midlands Technical College Center For Entrepreneurial Success is built to serve the MTC community. The program is designed to equip people who have nothing but ideas with the skills and tools they need to scale their ideas. It’s developed with resources garnered from successful entrepreneurs. They cover areas of entrepreneurship such as accounting, computer skills, and marketing, among others. Participants have the opportunity to enroll in this program alongside their two-year degree or as a stand-alone program.

To enroll, participants are expected to take and pass a placement test. Afterward, they will take classes delivered physically, virtually, and in a hybrid method. Some of the modules in this program include entrepreneurial leadership, customer services techniques, microcomputer application, business opportunity analysis, etc. The program runs for a total of 27 credit hours.

After completing the program, most participants start.
